Pop quiz: What do the Los Angeles Lakers and Portrait of a Lady have in common?

My brain recently made this connection when a friend pointed out that my business card and branding are combinations of yellow and purple, the same color combinations that the Lakers use. I got a real kick out of this seeing as how I used to be a DIE HARD Lakers fan.
Yes, I screamed at the television. I experienced the Laker adrenaline rushes and in the event that I had to travel somewhere mid-game, I’d find the appropriate radio station and listen in the car as well. I was d-e-v-o-t-e-d. (I think I have a Fox jersey somewhere) I started to put together a scrapbook in Kobe Bryant’s honor.
No, I kid you not.
I have no idea who that girl was!
But it’s interesting to note how our past interests and passions can crop up in our future… sometimes in the most unexpected ways!
And the Kobe Bryant plaque for Christmas….
Of course! I still have that in my memory chest along with other items from my childhood and high school years.
